Massachusetts Licensed Title 5 Inspectors 
When doing a title 5 inspection, does that also include pumping out system? I have an older property from a deceased relative and preparing it for resale in Tyngsboro. I believe tank is 500 gallon. Trying ro get print of septic latout now. Dont know when or if it was last pumped.
